late night training session in the gym. These are the exercises I’m doing to improve my leg power and explosiveness to benefit my groundstrokes.

set 1:  20 reps of 50 kg warmup on vertical leg press / 10 jumps

set 2: 10 reps of 60 kg / 10 jumps

set 3: 10 reps of 70 kg / 10 jumps

set 4: 10 reps of 80 kg / 10 jumps

 

set 1: 1 min wall sit with 20 kg plate

set 2: 1 min wall sit with 20 kg plate

set 3: 1 min 30 sec wall sit 20 kg plate

set 4: 2min wall sit 20 kg plate
